Shipping Policy:

Sage & Salvage's goal is to fulfill and send your order within 72 hours after your order has been placed (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on a weekend or company holidays will be fulfilled on the next available business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. I post on my social media pages any information regarding about any times I am out of office and can not stick to the shipping times. 

We ship for free within the USA. Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time.

Return Policy:

 At Sage & Salvage I understand online shopping can be tricky! I have a simple solution if you decide your order is not perfect!

Please inspect your items upon delivery. If Item(s) are damaged or don't fit or just not what you were expecting you have 30 days from the day of delivery to send back the items for a credit in the form of a SAGE & SALVAGE E-GIFT CARD. You may also return for an exchange if quantities/size/colors are available. 

Store Credit is just like cash, and never expires. Please allow 2 business days for your return to be processed, after delivery.
We do not offer refunds, no exceptions. 

All items being returned must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. ALL SALE/ JEWELRY/ VINTAGE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. If a clearance item is returned, we will return to the sender. 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S):

  •  Return must be postmarked within 30 business days of delivery
  • We do not issue prepaid return labels. You are responsible for the return costs. 
  • Any additional postage purchased is non refundable
  • Please include your name and order number on the package for smooth processing.
  • We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit. 
  • Please allow 2 business days for your return to be processed after delivery
  • Store Credit will be emailed to the email associated with the order
  • Returns postmarked after the 30 business days of delivery will be rejected. An invoice will be sent to your email for the return shipping costs.

Draft Orders & Invoices

If you receive a special order invoice you have 48 hours to redeem your purchase before it is canceled so the inventory can be added back to the website. If you need more time to complete the purchase please email info@sageandsalvageboutique.com for special accommodations. You will be responsible for adding any promotional codes before you finalize your purchase from your invoice.
